Please reach us at Doma@magicmyco.org or Cultivarcup@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Sample amount is minimal & depends on testing requested; However, as a general rule, Cannabis flower and Mushroom fruit bodies only need 2-3 grams to do all the tests or as little as 200mg for HPLC only. Likewise with extract we don't need a lot. 200mg dry or 30ml vial wet. For LSD we need 2 blotters. DMT or rare extracts just 50mg purified material.
For the Cultivar Cup please sent 2-5 grams or 30ml for liquids.
IntroArts Lab is located in N.Y.C suburb Staten Island. Cannabis is now legal in NY, & legislation bills are being moved ahead which we are trying to be involved in...
As of Nov. 24 we are relocating temporarily to FL please see new updates to shipping address via the submission forms.

At this time (AUG 2023) we can test:
Our Bi-annual Cultivar Cup is December & June for Solstice day. Deadlines are the 1st of the month.
Regular month testing deadline is the 15th of the month and results by the 1st., Private reports can submit anytime. If its after the 15th it may get included with the following months work. Maximum turn around is 1 month.
Private testing can be submitted anytime. Results will vary on lab workload and time of the month. Usually private reports are completed within a week, but may take up to a maximum of one calendar month to complete with in-depth report and full features.
If time or deadlines, or scheduling is a factor for you contact us and we can discuss expedited same day results!
We are working to become the best lab we can be. We can do basic contamination testing for yeasts, molds & mycotoxins on fungi and cannabis matrices; however, some tests like residual solvents and heavy metals although some research can be done really require an ICP Mass Spectrometry System we have yet to acquire. These tests maybe extra important for extracts. Keep supporting our work so we can one day obtain these goals. For now, we will aim to become the best we can with the two liquid chromatography systems we currently have. Also Contamination testing and DNA sequencing...
We do these tests because we feel its needed & have a passion and love for the medicine and the people whom it helps; however, we the main reason is so people know how to dose correctly. Thus leading to less adverse reactions and more educated approach to the medicine. Hopefully helping the legalization efforts worldwide! Our data is your data! We also hope to compile a large amount of research data and possibly highlight strain specific trends and patterns in potency and or toxicity. Also taxonomy and sub-strain related research. All this open-source data can thus aid in the community research as part of a whole. Data that can be copied and shared for years to come & or used in other research.
Yes of course Private Testing is available. If you don't want us to use the data or reporting name is 100% ok and we are required under ISO 17025 statutes to keep good record keeping on confidential reports, sharing the data solely with the client specifically. We do ask however that most people allow us to share to data if possible even if an anonymous name is used. But if not, that is perfectly fine. Many times a large company may just want to do a series of batch tests where they know most are going to come back low or contaminated. It is part of any good companies or products managements quality control plan. So of course we will follow those international guidelines and keep private client data secure and private!
With our current lab, gear & methods, for tryptamines analysis our LOD or limit of detection is now just <2ppm, we aim for the accuracy to be within +/-0.2% however accept an error margin may still exist in certain areas up to +/-2% and inter-lab comparisons so far with other labs in the community have been up to +/-15% . This is especially evident when measuring small volumes as we are with materials that contain less than 2% and pipetting volumes as small as 10-200ul with CRM standards. As methods, sample prep, pipetting skills, etc are improved & standardized we believe you'll see less variability and more closely matching scores. That is part of the main goals of our labs research. Also with two independent HPLC systems we can run samples and self validate within our own lab. Add on more analysis like PsiloQtest and absorbance reader and single lab validations have been made easier and more accurate than ever.
Just contact us with your question and we will include it here....
